FLIGHT STANDARDS DIVISION STATES THE FOLLOWING: NO OBJECTION TO PRIVATE-USE, VFR HELIPORT. PHOTOGRAPHS SHOW LIGHT POLES IN THE SOUTHERN QUADRANT FROM THE HELIPAD. THE LIGHT POLES SHOULD BE MARKED OR LOWERED SO THAT THEY DO NOT PENETRATE THE 8:1 PROTECTED SURFACE. IF THE SOUTHERN QUADRANT IS TO BE USED FOR THE INGRESS/EGRESS, THEN THE PROPONENT MUST ENSURE THAT OBJECTS DO NOT PENETRATE THE 8:1 PROTECTED SURFACE. CURRENTLY, THE PROPONENT HAS PROPOSED AN INGRESS/EGRESS OF 090 DEGREES AND 270 DEGREES.
