ALL HELICOPTER APPROACH / DEPARTURE ROUTE OPERATIONS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED ON A 340 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 030 DEGREE EGRESS COURSE / 160 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 210 DEGREE INGRESS COURSE OR ON A 110 DEGREE EGRESS COURSE / 290 DEGREE INGRESS COURSE, OR ON A 190 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 240 DEGREE EGRESS COURSE / 010 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 060 DEGREE INGRESS COURSE USING THE CENTER OF THE HELIPORT AS THE REFERENCE POINT. 2. A WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE HELIPORT, AWAY FROM THE APPROACH AND DEPARTURE ROUTES, AND OUTSIDE THE SAFETY AREA. 3. NO NIGHT HELICOPTER OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED UNLESS THE HELIPORT AND WIND INDICATOR ARE LIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PARAGRAPHS 216 AND 212C. 4. THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA IS MARKED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PARAGRAPH 215 AS PLANNED. 5. THE HELIPORT PROPONENT WILL REEXAMINE OBSTACLES IN THE VICINITY OF THE APPROACH/DEPARTURE PATHS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PARAGRAPH 210E.
