BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIVATE USE HELIPORT, ALL OPERATORS PROCEED AT THEIR OWN RISK, AND TO ENHANCE THE SAFETY OF OPERATIONS, WE RECOMMEND: I. FOR THE PURPOSES OF OBSTACLE CLEARANCE, IF THE TREE 195 FT SE AND THE POWER LINES BETWEEN THE POLE 110 FT ESE AND 195 FT SSE ARE REMOVED OR LOWERED 10 FT, THE BEST APPROACH/ DEPARTURE ROUTE IS A 140 DEGREE EGRESS COURSE / 320 DEGREE INGRESS COURSE USING THE CENTER OF THE HELIPORT AS THE REFERENCE POINT. PLEASE NOTE THAT HELICOPTER OPERATORS MAY CHOOSE DIFFERENT ROUTES TO MEET THEIR OPERATIONAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, WHICH WILL VARY BASED ON THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF AIRCRAFT, AIRCRAFT LOADING, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF THE OPERATION. 2. MARK THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA IJ1 ACCORDANCE WITH AC L 50/5390-2C, PARAGRAPH 414 BY REPLACING THE RECTANGULAR PERIMETER SQUARE WITH A PERIMETER CIRCLE WITH A 20 FT RADIUS (40 FT DIAMETER) AND A DASHED FATO PERIMETER SEMI-CIRCLE ON THE PAVEMENT WITH A 32 FT RADIUS (64 FT DIAMETER), CENTERED ON THE HELIPORT CENTER. 3. THE CURRENT WIND INDICATOR IS REPLACED AND MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE HELIPORT, AWAY FROM THE APPROACH AND DEPARTURE ROUTES, AND OUTSIDE THE SAFETY AREA. 4.
