NOTE: THE VISUAL SEGMENT OF THE APPROACH AND VISUAL CLIMB AREA OF THE DEPARTURE WERE COMPLETED DURING THE FLIGHT VALIDATION AS DOCUMENTED AS SATISFACTORY IN THE IFP/ODP PACKAGES. ONLY THE SPECIAL APPROACH PROCEDURE WILL BE AFFORDED FAR PART 77 PROTECTION. THE PHYSICAL HELIPORT ITSELF, AS A PRIVATE-USE LANDING AREA WILL NOT HAVE FAR PART 77 OBSTRUCTION SURFACES APPLIED. HELICOPTER APPROACH/DEPARTURE OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 120 DEGREES AND 337 DEGREES CENTERED IN THE FINAL APPROACH AND TAKEOFF (FATO) AREA. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS ARE RESTRAINED FROM ACCESS TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA DURING HELICOPTER FLIGHT OPERATIONS.
