FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, SEAPLANE FACILITY IDENTIFICATION AND WATER OPERATING AREA LIGHTING SHOULD BE PROVIDED. AC 150-5395-1, CHAPTER 8, PARAGRAPH 52. 6.
