THIS IS A FLIGHT STANDARDS APPROVED VIRTUAL EVALUATION SOLUTION TO THE 7400.2M ON-SITE HELIPORT EVALUATION REQUIREMENT. THE ACTUAL ON-SITE EVALUATION WILL BE CONDUCTED UPON THE REMOVAL OF THE COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. FLIGHT STANDARDS WILL PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL ON-SITE RESPONSE ONCE THE ON-SITE EVALUATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. A FINAL ON-SITE EVALUATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE LOCAL FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE (FSDO).THIS FAA FLIGHT STANDARDS EVALUATION IS PRELIMINARY ONLY AND THE FINAL PROVISIONS ARE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE ON-SITE EVALUATION BY THE LOCAL FSDO OR OTHER FAA PERSONNEL.
