REFERENCE FAA ADVISORY CIRCULAR (AC) 15 0/5390-2, HELIPORT DESIGN (CURRENT VERSION). THE PROPONENT MUST COORDINATE WITH THE MANAGER OF BAUDETTE AIRPORT BOE FOR OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES AND INGRESS /EGRESS ROUTES THAT WOULD NOT CONFLICT THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AT BOE AIRPORT. THE PROPONENT MUST MEET ALL STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS. THE LANDING AREA MUST BE LIMITED TO PRIVATE USE ONLY. ALL OPERATIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED VISUALLY.
