THE FINAL APPROACH AND TAKEOFF AREA (FATO) /SAFETY AREA MUST BE CLEARED OF ANY OBJECT THAT EXCEEDS A HEIGHT OF TWO INCHES ABOVE THE FATO SURFACE ELEVATION. 3. ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE HELIPORT PROTECTION ZONES (HPZ) THAT ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH FLIGHT OPERATIONS MUST BE RESTRICTED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PAR. 410. 4. THE HELIPORT MUST BE MARKED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PAR. 414.
